Position Summary – Medpharm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our team in Durham, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Duration Program dates: June 9, 2025 – August 1, 2025 (6-8 weeks)
Essential Functions
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Support the team with administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
Conduct research on assigned topics and compile information for reports and presentations.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including event setup and logistics.
Provide customer service support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Learn about the company's operations and industry best practices.
Education and Experience
Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic work environment.
