MedPharm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern for the Summer 2026. This role provides hands-on experience supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, personnel records management, and administrative functions. The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain exposure to systems such as ATS and HRIS.

Basic Qualifications
- Education: Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with recruitment processes using ATS and HRIS systems
- Maintain organization across multiple assignments and deadlines
- Perform clerical and administrative HR tasks, including:
- Creating, scanning, and maintaining personnel files (hiring, training, terminations, etc.)
- Converting paper documents into electronic format and organizing them in SharePoint
- Assist with recruiting efforts:
- Collaborate with hiring managers on open roles
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
- Support additional HR duties as assigned by the HR Director
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Coordinate tasks across departments to maintain efficient workflow
- Communicate effectively with management and staff to support HR initiatives
- Perform other supportive tasks related to HR functions as needed
